As far as I can tell, at least 6,000 people descended upon and marched on the Mall in WAshington DC today. No major networks carried it. (Amazing)

Not really all that surprising when you considering the MSM have already conditioned the populace that there is only two choices come November. They'll (MSM) never cover Ron Paul because he speaks the truth and they prefer the flip flopping lies of Le McMuffette, the betrayal of Obama, and furthering their own agenda.

I wonder what would happen if every registered voter said no to both the idiots and wrote in Dr. Paul? What would the media do then?

Hardly amazing when at least 5 times that number descend on the Washington Monument daily.

Ron Paul offers Americans hope and logic which are against the forces of evil. When 95% of the media is controlled by the right-wing fascist Bilderbergs then you won't see any coverage. Americans need to take back their country.

I had some hope for Obama but when both he and Hillary addressed AIPAC one day after she conceded, it certainly is a telling story.

Far as I can tell ... most Right Leaning Poeple really don't liek Johnny McCain.

They call him a RINO ... a "Republican In Name Only".

Maybe they would feel more content if they voted for Ron Paul. I mean, between, McCain, Romney, Giulianni, Thompson and the rest ... he IS the only TRUE Republican - with traditional Republican values.

I went to Ottawa to protest the "3 amigos" Bush, Harper and Calderon and their SPP which is a further extension of NAFTA.

Their goal is the NAU. In Ottawa they had about 1,500 police many with handi-cams and there were only 4,000 demonstrators.

On the last day they march to Gatineau and the Surete which is the Quebec provincial policy tried to incite trouble by having 3 guys come out of the bush, one threatening the guards with a rock. All the regulars were pointing at them and yelling at them that they were not part of them. Anyway it was all caught on tape and these clowns had on the some of the same clothes as the guards.....needless to say the Chief of the Surete came out after first denying it but later recanted by saying " oh yes we do this all the time...try to infiltrate them. Obviously to discredit them!

did you notice the lack of coverage on this main event??

Our country is being dangerously sold out...and there was no truthful news about it.

I'll be frank. I don't like Ron Paul, and I think that he would be a disastrous choice for President.

Why? Because he has a "one size fits all" solution to what ails us, and such simplicity is simply a fantasy. I would prefer a leader with the range to address the variety of problems which a President must face in all their complexity--and Ron Paul REFUSES to do it.

Are Obama and McCain better candidates? I think that Obama is better, if only because he will draw into government men and women who are capable, who are willing to CHANGE direction from policies that have failed, and who are not the servants of the past three Presidents, who have all been spectacular disappointments, if not outright failures.

A government which responds to the needs of the people and ACTS on their behalf is necessary. Ron Paul thinks that government can withdraw from active participation in the economy, in education, in Social Security, and in the lives of the people generally.

That seems to me a recipe for disaster. I consider myself a pretty large and capable competitor, but I don't want to live in a nation where "dog-eat-dog" is not only the norm, but where the biggest dogs will become the rulers of the rest. I perceive that that is precisely the sort of world that Ron Paul and the "true Libertarians" would like to create, and I will fight to keep them from doing so.

Oscar - "Because he has a "one size fits all" solution to what ails us"

I do believe Freedom and Liberty is suited to "fit all". The Constitution was designed to protect and defend those ideals.

An ELECTIVE DESPOTISM was not the government our Founding Fathers envisioned.

Eco, I admire your passion and dedication. Since Ron Paul did drop out of the race, what is the true impact of a write in vote? That's what matters.

I feel he has suspended his campaign. but, he also represents a movement. It's a stronger message that goes beyond the Presidency. I feel we will be educated on effective candidates

          Thanks for dropping by...

So how many of us can really tell someone what Ron Paul's message was? Most will say get out of Iraq, sound money, non-intervention, get rid of the IRS, get rid of the Federal Reserve. All good stuff but not much real substance regarding why, and how. Let's be honest, Ron Paul made a lot of mistakes in his campaign and he was a good candidate but not perfect.

Most Americans were not able to receive his message because of the powers that be. Most were programmed to reject his message. The people in this country must be reprogrammed with the truth in order to restore real lawful government to this country. How? You will, I will, all of us together will. Ron Paul nor any other presidential candidate past, present or future can do that. People need to be educated on who really runs this country!
