Another good example of why we need to elect an entirely new congress. The current group has been grossly negligent in performing its duties.

this bill will be shot down by the trillion dollar military industrial complex, they need the easily declared wars to fund their empires and war machines. Ps, every senator with a airforce base will vote against it. Every senator with a huge defence contracting megaplex, employing hundreds of thousands of tax paying war machine making people will vote against.
Hey, war is the only profitable thing left in america, that and insurance and big oil.
