This is insane. star wars has been completely proven innefective, as is the missle defence crap. This is absolutely nothing more that the military idustrial complex profit crazy companies who designed this crap system cashing in on a war/profit crazy military with Cheney, the completely insane haliburton defacto dictator of this country, running secret wars funding terrorist organizations, rattling sabers with russia?
Congress needs to step up, but they cant with a veto proof Republican senate.
Please, take back control of the country from the military indstrial capatilist facist regime, urge congress to follow Bakers lead and rewrite the war powers act, and DONATE to the DNC, who is focused like a laser at defeating up to 12 republican senators.
Vote republican, because we need a new war, general dynamics needs to sell some bombs.

Building anti-missile shields does not necessarily reflect a defensive strategy. Deployment of such shileds simply reflect the traditional struggle between offensive and defencsve systems.
Boeing was awarded a 13 billion dollar contract to devolope this system.
this is about money. Huge money. Not about defence, not about anyting but insane warmongering profiteering.
War profiteering based on false paranoia and fearmongering propaganda. Russia is not threatening us. Iran is not threatening us. WE ARE THREATENING THEM. The US media is nothing but a mouthpiece for the pentagon, they are not reporting the mass protests in CHecz republic, where 80% of the population does not want these silos built. But hundreds of millions in bribes by boeing to government officials is part of the game.

Tom Delay was interviewed by Wolf Blitzer yesterday on CNN, and Delay was openly calling for bombing Iran, expecially in the Noverber after Obama is elected. It will be Cheneys last act, giving America a nice f*cking before he retires to Dubai to rake in billions in profit from Haliburton.

This is what we the people get for allowing a Government to trash our Constitution. It is absolutely true that the War mongers ( translate that to War Industry and Bush Adm enablers )want to start a war. It means profits for them. It means death and destruction for the target. It means death and financial slavery for the citizens of this country. And the reason for all this madness is a lust for more profit from the already well enriched and well empowered.
The old saying that power corrupts and absolute Power corrupts absolutely, has been proven again and again by this blood thirsty crowd and yet there are still those who will vote to give them even more athority over their own life and well being.

Well said Tcaros. Kennedy almost started WWIII because Russia wanted to place Missiles in Cuba,
And now we get so indignant when Russia balks at allowing us to place missiles and radar around them.

80% of the Czecks are against the deal, but it was signed yesterday by the Czeck government. Kind of sounds like our Government doesn't it.
Russia has promised military action if needed to remove the missiles and radar if it is ever deployed.
