Oh, now that the banks have given out loans to all those which couldn't afford to pay them back and have had to foreclose on 30% of the homes out there, now we are going to make it even more difficult for someone to get back into one of them.
That sounds like a very wise thing to do? Does this seem a little bass ackwards to anyone else?
I would think that this is the situation where creative ways should be found to get people back into some of those homes.
