The Washington Establishment lies most brazenly when they want to claim that their own insulated, fringe views are shared by majorities of "the American people." To achieve that goal, there's just no limit on their willingness to go on television and make up facts.

    Ever since the 1980s (Iran-Contra), Rupert Murdoch has been a partner in government domestic propaganda programs run by the CIA and the Pentagon. The author of the article claims the "wingers" are lying. In fact they are simply part of government-funded "propaganda for Americans" schemes.
