Further documentation of the level of profound incompetence and negligence of worst administration ever to disgrace the office of President of the United States. The damage done across the board by these fools will not be repaired anytime soon by even the most industrious and competent administration. The aftershocks will be felt for generations.

How could so many Americans have been so dumb? Been such sheep so easily led to the shearing and slaughterhouse?

More important, how can we insure that such treachery never ever happens again?

How long will the chicanery that led to this sham of a presidency remain in the public memory? Long enough to prevent it from happening again? It seems the corporate media has shrunk the average attention span down to a few milliseconds.

If most of the casualties are being caused by the insurgents as the government claims, why are the people of this country turning against us?

It's too bad we didn't stay and finish the job in Afghanistan instead of running off to Iraq.

If most of the casualties are being caused by the insurgents as the government claim

it wasnt the government that made the claims it was the united nations

i havent heard as of yet if the afghans are turning against us

i agree Afghan should of been priorty one.should of been stabilized to make it prosporous. so maybe other troubled countries might see hope in their future. but then again thats how our country has since Korea(doesnt matter which party has control).

Bush wasn't even competent enough to get Bin Laden. Then he scurries off to Iraq to get the oil for the pipeline.

He doesn't care how many have to suffer for his vision of world dominance.

Make him and those allied with him pay for all the returning vets who have been wounded in his war.

Make him stand tral for all the death and destruction he has caused with his illegal and immoral war.

Get the stench off of America and put it squarely where it belongs on Bush and his backers and handlers.

Only then will we begin to heal in this world's eyes.

When I see stories like this, I always think of the real Afghans fighting for the future of their country. Like this amazing groups of Afghani women who have been doing so since 1977. A site well worth studying.

RAWA communiqué on Universal Human Rights Day, Dec.10, 2007

The US and Her Fundamentalist Stooges are

the Main Human Rights Violators in Afghanistan

The US and her allies tried to legitimize their military occupation of Afghanistan under the banner of "bringing freedom and democracy for Afghan people". But as we have experienced in the past three decades, in regard to the fate of our people, the US government first of all considers her own political and economic interests and has empowered and equipped the most traitorous, anti-democratic, misogynist and corrupt fundamentalist gangs in Afghanistan. ...
