Cameco, the world's largest uranium producer, has told the Canadian nuclear regulator that its refinery might have leaked uranium, arsenic and fluorides into Lake Ontario.

Glad the issues were recognized and are being dealt with. Uranium is a strategically important resource and this location in North America is of great value.

well, if they are sending up the smoke signals themselves, you can be assured that it's "pretty much" confirmable. and most likely worse than they are letting on.
