That's not long enough ... not for him and for the others that perpetrated that unjustified invasion and occupation of Iraq, the warrantless wiretapping (which they lied about until they were caught in the lie), the extraordinary rendition (which they lied about until they were caught in the lie), and the shoddy and heartless treatment of the Iraq and Afghanistan veterans.

After they find out what they want to know, who will be prosecuting him?

        Thanks engineer!

Those house and senate clowns just want to get on TV. They want to show off to the American People that they are doing something...anything. They are deflecting the animosity at them for not doing anything about the pending oil situation that was brewing years ago. Like not drilling anywhere in the U.S or building any refineries. The senate and house royalty, especially the Democrat facists, are to blame for most of the grief we are suffering today. There is nothing there in the Rove case. It is a dead issue from a year ago.

Um ... excuse me, but the Republicans controlled Congress for TWELVE years before the 2006 election.

So if you want to place blame of "inaction" regarding the oil crisis, start looking at those Republicans you worship and who you think do no wrong.

Rove is guilty of many things, not the least of which is the unjustified invasion of Iraq. It WILL catch up with him some day if Congress can't do anything about it.

And - there are many studies that have proved that drilling for oil in this country will not make any significant dent in the amount of oil we need and in the amount we would continue to have to purchase from the Middle East.

            http://www.arcticwildlife.org/oil10myths.htm

The 4-5% increase in oil by tearing up our landscape is NOT worth the destruction of our land and our ecosystems and our environment and our planet.

You need to take off the blinders and educate yourself with the fact that the neocons have one agenda - to promote their own self interests, to get control of the Middle East and its oil, and to have power and control over as many people as possible in this country and the rest of the world.

The Republicans think that they are ABOVE the law. Yet when THEY were the ones issuing the subpoenas, NO ONE was suppose to be "above the law".

Rove and the Bush administration and the Republicans are huge HYPOCRITES. They want every thing THEIR way regardless.

Tom Delay himself, and other Republicans, made glorious speeches about the "rule of law" when Clinton was President --

"No man is above the law, and no man is below the law. That's the principle that we all hold very dear in this country."

              http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/politics/s...

Gee, I wonder what happened to the passion all of those Republicans had in the 1990s for the "rule of law" and of "truth"?

Oh, I know what it is - they left it all behind when they gained control of the White House and the OTHER party was attempting to uphold the "rule of law".
