Just another excuse to further stain our already overburdened prison population.
The U.S. simply has too many people locked up on stupid charges with NO respect for those who have to support this hideously large prison system whether or not you think the guy is quilty
The U.S. spends ENTIRELY TOO much to keep people like this locked up.
