Better yet, look at the medical evidence that already exists regarding this eventuality.

The evidence is so strong against it, you would likely find may people that would take a bet at 10 million to one odds - you pay the ten million on a dollar-plus-spit bet.

Why play the odds or call it a bet? If it is an absolute, then anyone who believes that it is an absolute should do it out of principle.
