"He intentionally used his HIV as a weapon. Let him rot."

Spitting isn't using HIV as a weapon. Transmission through saliva isn't going to happen. Never has, never will.

If you had a sore on you face, and, a guy with AIDS spit on you, and, it dripped down onto your sore, would you just treat it like anyone else's spit? Especially if you knew the guy was prone to have bloody sores in his mouth?

Hey, "I'm not a Muslim", IF you want to win gays over to Islam, you don't have to perform al-taqqiya, I mean, lying, here, and say, "I'd treat that bloody spittle on my sore just like a new born baby's". Instead, just talk about how, in the Islamic after-life, there are eternally fresh, beautiful boys that "one would think them scattered pearls".

First of all, HIV and AIDS aren't the same thing. HIV is a virus that affects the immune system, breaking it down. AIDS is the cluster of diseases that result from that breakdown. You can have the virus (HIV), and not have AIDS. SO...you don't get AIDS spit on you. It's HIV that you need to concern yourself with.

Again, you don't contract HIV from saliva, so if it did land on a sore, you won't contract HIV. If there is blood in the saliva, then you'd be concerned.
