Contra Costa and Alameda county residents would be forced to immediately slash their use of water by nearly 20 percent - and some large-scale users by 30 percent - under the first water-rationing proposal by the East Bay district in nearly two decades.

May 14, 2008, 11:29 a.m.Pretty funny how just a couple months ago we were way over the amount needed to avoid drought conditions, now suddenly we're talking about water rationing... perhaps they think we have really short memories. So, who'd they send all that water to?

May 14, 2008, 5:34 p.m.Actually no one. Nancy Pelosi has this fetish for ******ing off the East Bay Bridge during drive times. She was caught and cited, wouldn't look good on her resume.
Scientists had been wondering what was causing the fish die-off and necropsies were showing numerous strains of bacteria and viruses but miraculously it stopped three days later.
The CDC investigated and found that cultures were showing things they didn't know existed.
