eBay has an "adult" category in the US - you have to sign in certifing you are an adult to get there
Once your information is verified you have to accept the Terms of Use for the Mature Audiences category
They do bury it and make it difficult to find - under "Everything Else" then "Mature Audiences"
I remember when they decided to make it a separate category and require you to sign in to get access
I just went to look and it is a fairly large category - there are 64553 items listed
