Me too. Yet another reason (as we've seen and heard recently from Iraq) to keep women out of combat. I'm all for treating women as equals, in fact you won't find a bigger advocate for women's rights, but I've seen first hand what integrated units do to morale. It's not a good thing.

When America learns to normalize sexual relations between men and women, then we can integrate the units, until then it's a bad idea.

You should. DOD reports show that one in three women soldiers are raped by other soldiers.

I can't see much difference what this ban will do regarding the soldiers morale.

Oh come on, if anyone deserves porn, it's our soldiers! They have enough pent up stress, let them have a chance to release a little of it. And like 2sides said, if they can't get it that way, they will go looking for the real thing. I don't think it would really increase the number of rapes, because most men would never ever do that, no matter how, shall we say..."lusty" they were feeling, but it might lead to more relationships between married soldiers with spouses at home. Which will tear families apart, how sad. A guy's got to have an outlet!

It's either that, or there's gonna be a lot of nervous camels abound!

                ;o)
