News – The battle over same-sex marriage in California heated up Thursday, when supporters of an initiative to ban it in the state's Constitution submitted more than 1.1 million signatures in an effort to qualify the measure for the November ballot.
If these sanctimonious right wingers are so worried about the sanctity of marriage why don't they champion a law making adultery a felony and teach their kids that divorce is against Gods law and punishable by internal damnation in hell.
I would certainly go for the law making adultery a felony. Of course, I've been through a divorce and the spouse was seriously promiscuous. Think about the death causing disease that could be brought home. For tax purposes, a marriage is considered to be a corporation in essence if not stated. As such, a breach of contract is a failure to fulfill the terms of the agreement.
