I find it hilarious, in a sad sort of way, that ten people have voted for this story... particularly since Aidenag apparently made a mistake. This story has nothing to do with spot checks, the words "Anacortes" and "San Juans" never appears in the article, which is about the deputy director of the ferry department quitting after eleven years and moving on to a new job!
