I'll admit I don't know much about these kind of lawsuits and have no knowledge of the questioned group.
But calling the Koran the "hateful little book" is inflammatory and unjustified and serves no purpose other than to breed more animosity. I wonder if he's read it?
But this country is built on free speech so he can say it but also I don't have to like it.

But believe me, sometimes what I type is not what's going through my head and even an idiot can say what he wants yet sometimes have to pay the price for their blather.
Lawsuits aside I hate to say ratings have a lot to do with it.

No matter what Savage (or anyone else) said about Islam the US is a free country where people have freedom of speech.
This reminds me that Iran and the Arab states are also somewhat "free". Of course, no one can say anything bad about Islam there but everyone can say anything bad about the Jews and Israel... and no "Jewish rights group" will sue them for doing it.

In my country I can't say anything "bad" about any other religion or faith not just Islam.
If "freedom of speech" will make people say anything they want about religion and faith of people then I don't want this kind of "freedom of speech" in my country, whats the point of it if it will only increase the hate between the people.
Yes you can criticize but not attack and saying the same things savage said.

Savage sued the Council on American-Islamic Relations in December after the organization posted excerpts from an Oct. 29 broadcast in which he called the Quran a "hateful little book ... a document of slavery" and said, "I don't want to hear one more word about Islam. Take your religion and shove it."
These kind of people are found mainly in the US, Europe and Britain. The Zionist media want to vilify their governments' oppressive policies towards Islam and Muslims, that is the only way they can survive. I come across hundreds of thousands of people who do not like the word Islam because we are not ready to hand over Palestine to the Zionists or allow Western occupiers in our land in exchange for their so called freedom and Democracy, which is corrupt and immoral and that's not to justify the despotic regimes which are supported by the Western world, they are equally bad or worse.

Michael Wiener (lately changed to Michael Savage) can p i s s out his brain!! all he wants..but somebody has to remind this little human that "if you can dish it out...you gotta be able to take some too...: What CAIR did was legal and within their rights as defined by law. CAIR tried to make Michael Wieners's life a living hell by using legal system...nothing wrong about that..CAIR did not take his freedom of speech away...CAIR basically said ..Listen bastard , you pick a fight you pay...But then again Savage has the right to sue CAIR and the courts decide if his rants are legitimate or not. I think Michale Wiener was under the impression that all public including the courts are as dumb as his die hard audience. His dumb a s s die hard audience I am sure have an orgasm every time Savage does a little brain masturbation on the air..:)
