  "Toxicology results for Dhaliwal showed that his blood alcohol level was 0.16 twice the legal limit for driving. His 24-year-old brother Kulbir Dhaliwal and Sousa's also had alcohol in their blood but within the legal limit, according to Inspector Valerie Matthews, who prepared the affidavit."

  "All three also had marijuana in their systems, Matthews said. Kulbir Dhaliwal told police that the three had smoked pot and each had "a couple shots of vodka" before leaving San Jose for the zoo on Dec. 25, the affidavit said."

    Sousa was 17 years old. Any alcohol in your system whatsoever is against the law in California if you're under 21. I suggest anyone who supplied him with alcohol should be charged with manslaughter.

  Only someone disoriented by drugs or alcohol or someone just completely ignorant to the laws of nature would taunt a wild animal. Too bad that Tatiana didn't just take one of them back to her den for dinner. Interesting that she only attacked these three men. They did something to her that provoked her beyond anything in her life. Brought back all of the feral instincts that were inherent to her despite being raised in captivity. She did not deserve to die like this. It was to her detriment that she escaped, at this point I could care less about the three tormenters. That's harsh considering that one of them is dead but without their actions they are all alive and unharmed and Tatiana is still in confinement.

  There has to be more to come. I definitely believe one of them threw something at her. We will wait for that evidence. Don't expect these guys to come clean on their own.

  Come on people...I realize that these guys were messed up, but the tiger got out of his pen. Imagine if this was a group of school kids, yelling and waving. No one deserves to get mauled to death by a tiger. But the tiger was just being a tiger. Zoos' fault.

    What? Are we playing "Whose smarter than a fifth grader" here? I don't buy for a second it was only taunting. These guys have lied continually. They have surely been advised by Geragos not to say anything else. They have already put their case in some jeopardy.

    You are also neglecting that they were up on the top of the enclosure fence (footprint found and ID'd). If a schoolkid did that they would be jeopardizing their life just like these jack-sses.

    The zoo is responsible for Tatiana, they should have had the moat filled at least. She must have been in exceptional shape to accomplish that jump and plenty p=ssed off. At 300 lbs. she climbed over a height that equates to nearly the top of a regulation backboard. And apparently they only heard her when she was right on top of them. What an amazing animal! Do not throw fire on gasoline... I hope these guys get absolutely nothing! Of course the one who definitely wont get any justice is Tatiana.
