One year and three days after Siberian tiger Tatiana mauled her keeper, she escaped from the tiger exhibit at the San Francisco Zoo and attacked three patrons of the zoo cafe, killing one and critically injuring two. The tiger exhibit had just reopened after $250K in security upgrades.
