The fact that race has anything to do with it is proposterous. Yea the laws are rediculous now but made sense then, however it had nothing (and still doesn't) to do with black people. What is it with the 'racist' NAACP type leaders who claim anytime something doesn't go their way or a statistic is weighted against them it's because of 'racist'. It makes me sick.
