Posted by: Ousama 8 months, 1 week agoGov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is expected next month to seek immediate major cuts in state services, including a plan to take back $1.4 billion budgeted for schools this year and a proposal to slash the prison population by releasing tens of thousands of inmates.

So,the guv wants to cut services rather than solve the budget crisis?Realease 22,000 prisoners?Why not just not put them in prison in the first place?
He has already been offered the solution...
