Wonderful. We see Giuliani is another Con who surrounds himself with "Good" people.

This is certainly an indication of Mr. Giuliani's lack of judgment, and part of a disconcerting trend from him.

It looks like another in a series of rash judgments requiring apologies.

Send Keric to Alcatraz!

Why send him to a museum, why not a prison? Sorry but I had to do that.

It's ok I know, but I figure if it's good enough for that other tax cheat Al Capone, it's good enough for Bernie!

There have been questions raised regarding the fact that the City of New York's Department of Investigations bypassed the normal vetting process in appointing Kerik police commissioner. It seems that one of the criteria that was used in selecting Kerik was that he had served as Giuliani's driver and bodyguard. After the 9/11 attacks, Kerik took control of an apartment donated for the recovery efforts at Ground Zero, using it as a rent-free "love nest" to meet with his girl friends, including Judith Regan, the publisher of The Lost Son. He was also appointed by Bush as Interim Minister of Interior of Iraq and Senior Policy Advisor to Paul Bremer. He was responsible for the National Police, Intelligence Service and Border and Customs Police. And you see how well that turned out.

Hahahahaha... what was his reputation during 9/11 in my opinion this is just the tip of the Iceberg, lot more to be caught who betrayed America during the worst tragedy in American history. These are traitors...mmm sorry I should use the right synonym CONSERVATIVES, look at conservatives, filled with gays, gun slinging criminals, drug dealers, frauds, and and idiot who makes it all happens for these people, who got into White house through bribery, pimping and fraud, BUSH. It will be a matter of time when we see him indicted too, for the murder of thousands of Americans in Iraq as he and his conservative clan fabricated evidence to lead this country into an unjust war that dishonored our men and women in uniform

Wow a crooked cop, imagine that. No wonder he fit right in with the Neo-Cons.

Both Bush and Giuliani endorsed this guy for homeland security chief, he sounds perfect. Fits right in with the rest of the Bush administration.

Better to weed out all the cronies now. If he gets elected (in pink pony land), he'll have to appoint qualified people.

I can see this guy being made attorney general, or appointed to the Supreme Court... lol A typical move.

He(RG)will get the nomination-- bet money on it.

"I am wondering what happened to innocent until proven guilty"

That's exactly what many have asked about those who the US has sequestered down in Gitmo. Just how many of them have been proven guilty?

I love how the Dems always have something saved for bad times,,, the timing here isn't suspect,,,,, it's the same ole same ole,,,,, ever wonder how there happens to be a Republican scandal just a day or two out from all elections or when a Democrat forerunner slips in the polls? It must be the vas right rightwing media eating it's own?

Oh yeah BTW, can anyone tell me who the district attorney is that brought this indictment and what this persons political affiliations are? I'd be very interested to know.

You'd probaby do better to ask anyone in the George Bush administration... after all, he invaded Iraq on a lie just to avenge Daddy's embarrassment, and holds HOW MANY people at Guantanimo for his personal enjoyment.

Interesting you lash out at the liberals, and sort of pass over how many conservatives do the exact same thing, even in this thread. You may want to adjust your blinders there bubba, they could be a little tight and cutting of the blood circulation to your brain.

Or are you actually trying to tell us that this administration hasn't done it's absolute best to tear down the Constitution, using a war as the excuse? How many wars have we been through since it was written? Never had to be rewritten before.

"IT'S JUST A GODDAMN PIECE OF PAPER."--George Bush

Daddy must be so proud.

RED FLAG DAY!!

A TOP COP is charged on

1. free rent and apartment renovations,

2. tax evasion and

3. lying on his application for the job

anyone these days in his position and with his connections would know how to cover free rent and remodeling;

why didn't they explain the tax evasion? This is another RED FLAG, whenever the IRS thugs are called out.

LYING TO GET THE JOB?

Rather than kill this guy, the Govt is preparing to discredit him. Even ABC news says here they don't understand what "the specific charges were..." and published the report. For a year investigation, the charges should be clear. When not, the Govt is filing a false charge.

CAN YOU SMELL THE STENCH?

Giuliani isn't that bad, he helped clean up the streets of New York a lot.

I am becoming Republican and I will expect perks. My house is in dire need of renovation and when I join Georgies crowd the cake is nearly baked. My house will be freely and joyously remodeled. Got to love the Republican crowd, they not only steal you blind but they do it with a smile.

Ohh now Nelson...sticks and stones

avatar

abnty - I should have included his private message to me and then unless you are a neo con you would concur. Sticks and stones no, realism. By the way Kerik is as guilty as Ted Bundy but if you would like to give him the benefit of a doubt, go for it. I still say just another crook caught with his hands in the cookie jar. He should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and join those he sent to jail.

avatar
Reply

IF he is guilty then I agree...but if people are going to scream about constitutional rights they damn well better be ready to allow them to be excesised equally

avatar
Reply

gee sniper - I didn't think you would want anything in public judging from you're name - snipers might be glorified to some - to me you just hide behind some Bush - pun intended

avatar
Reply

Yeah, I'm in total agreement! Sniper should put on International Orange and wave his hands to get people's attention before he tries to shoot them.

AOS - are you one of those people who thinks you aren't fighting fair at war if you fight to win?

avatar
Reply

Have at it snipe, then all can see while I have a chance to respond. Doesn't that sound more fair and reasonable?

avatar
Reply

Nelson why did you use Ted Bundy as an example? I find that a bit strange.

It seems the left wants the innocent until proven guilty to be for those left of center only.

Each and everyone, once found guilty should be held accountable, no matter what party.

As the world turns, there will be a day when the left will have to face their own warts and those in their party will be brought up on charges,,,,, it will be interesting to see how differntly they dance to that tune.

Been there and done that. Bill Clinton and the right, now the right get their turn.

slate, the rules of evidence in our society make it impracticle to arrest and charge someone unless overwhelming evidence is on hand. Yes there are anomalies but Rudy and his associates are in the heart of Mafia country and Rudy has a propensity to allign himself with persons of questionable character. Under your guidelines Pol Pot would be innocent until proven guilty and I find that reprehensible, even with our edicts.
