Considering, if my research is correct, there are over 75 sects of Muslims, each believing the others are heretics and allowed to kill them according to Allah? And Christians and Jews are above that list because they are considered infidels? The Muslim terrorists are willing to kill women and children, even their own Muslims.
Sounds like a real charitable event? Ought to stand in line to give them money, including our tax dollars. After all we give PP millions of dollars to murder babies every year, why not a Muslim charity to get the women and children as well?
"Muslim and "charity", a contradiction in terms? Yes, many of them refused until pressured to give any aid to the Tsnammi victims.
Now of course I could be wrong. The evidence could lie?

Is ad hominems the only thing that you guys have to contribute to the thread?
Or should every article that even so much as mentions the word "Muslim" have a separate hate thread for your venom?
Before you even as much as utter a peep about someone else's charity why don't you tell us how many Iraqi refugees have you helped out, out of almost 4 million who are fleeing their homeland plunged into violence, due to policies of Bush administration?
Or maybe you don't help Muslims, which is why you didn't send any aid to victims of earthquake in Pakistan or tsunami in Indonesia or Darfur, right? That would definitely show how charitable you are.
Did you have any problem with US State department giving billions in arm contracts to Saudis? They are Muslim, or you don't mind when it's US government arming the Muslims?

The most favorite day in Israeli calander is the "National Begging Ritual Day" that is the day that your cousins and uncles , Israelis come and beg the Americans for money or decieve them. Unlike Israelis , Palestinians have no lobby groups here to decieve or coerce the US representatives for money. And what ever charity money they take, US representative under the influence of American Israeli Political Action Pact AIPAC, try to stop it under the pretext of anti terrrrrrrorism...what a shame...

"Muslim charity"? That is somewhat of an oxymoron. At least as far as non-believers are concerned. Non-Muslims are given three choices: (a) convert, (b) submit, or (c) die. Not much room for charity in that formula, and not much basis for discussion or compromise.

Rather a foolish comment -- Shirtless. I wonder if you have ever travelled in a Muslim country? Does the US State Department warn all American citizens to stay clear of all Muslim countries? Of course not.
From Morocco to Egypt, Jordan to Indonesia, Oman to Brunei, the non-Muslim will be allowed entry and be able to travel throughout all these countries without being required to (a)convert; (b)submit; or (c) die.
Yours, as well as the other ill-informed hysterical contributions to this thread add nothing, nothing, to the discussion.

Well, maybe these dumb Bushies do contribute just a couple things:
1. proof of how ignorant Bush and supporters are
2. further shame to all Americans and Christians

I have mixed feelings about this trial. I feel the US needs to find and bring to trial any group that gives funds to terrorists that are enemies of the US and have vowed to attack us or has done so in the past. But if this is just a fishing expedition to target groups who collects and distributes funds for humanitarian reasons then I'm against this prosecution.

This investigation has been going on for a long time. The prosecution has mountains of evidence linking this group (and others) with terrorist organizations and extremist groups including the Muslim Brotherhood. Perusing their documents and transcripts is certainly an eye-opener. If you're interested:

This is astounding! Do you (everyone except Charlson) ever
listen to the news? The USA just released $86 Million to Fatah - parent organization of the al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigade! They DO NOT support hospitals or schools in the Occupied Territories - you would be hard pressed to find ANYTHING they have done of a humanitarian nature. Hamas may have provided those services to the Palestinian public in an effort to popularize themselves - but they DID provide services! Why do you think the Palestinians voted for them? Fatah was corrupt and INEFFICIENT! They have NEVER been able to get their act together and provide services or rebuild infrastructure.
What is the justification for YOUR tax dollars being given to the al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigade? Is the USA supporting terrorist groups? This is NOT complicated!
So, take a moment and try to explain to me how Condi pressing for Fatah to receive the $86 million IS NOT
supporting a terrorist group. I'll be waiting.

Knothead15 ~ You are incorrect. Fatah tried very hard to
win a majority. Hamas did NOT win by default - as you said.
"a devil you know" kind of situation?? What are you saying?
We like the TERRORISTS of Fatah better than Hamas? It's
approved to support Fatah terrorists - wink-wink-nod-nod -
you won't be called unpatriotic if you give them money.
You, knothead, are fudging the facts - and you did NOT answer my question about MY TAX DOLLARS AND YOURS being used to fund al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigade. Are they terrorists, Knothead? Have THEY ever offered a ceasefire or negotiations
AS HAMAS HAS - absolutely not! Did they run candidates in a very public election and take part in a DEMOCRATIC process?
NEVER! So, once again - why are we okay to support them??

Whoa there, cowboy.
I thought we had an agreement with Muslims?
If we don't torture them, then they won't torture us.
If they cut off our heads, then we cut off their heads.
From the way your talking, it seems like Muslims will do whatever Muslims want to do regardless of what we do.

I'll leave this to the courts to determine whether or not this was terrorist funding.
What I do know is that radical Islamists and other ideological radicals are legally receiving U.S. faith-based funding and school voucher money in the U.S. These programs need to end.
And since the Supreme Court upheld the Salvation Army's right to hire and fire those providing faith-based services based on religious belief, this means radicals of all kinds can obtain tax-payer funding to bar U.S. workers from getting jobs based on religion--this flies in the face of U.S. values.

yes your right. many christian groups are getting tax dollars. some of then funding candidates for offices. some of then could be regarded as radical and dangerious.
but the difference is, they havent vowed to destroy america, insulted or threatened armed action againt america. and none of them are now ina armed conflict with american forces.
a few muslim groups are.

US has been funding Israeli's slow genocide of Palestinians, that is ok because it is not called TERRRRRRORism. Why should US fund a government such as Israel which has shown absolute disregard to human lives , dignity and their properties? This becomes more ridiculus when we realize that Israeli army IDF, was formed when three Jewish terrorists organizations joined together, namely the Haghane, Irgun and the Stern gang. Why is it ok to empty American tax payers wallet and support a terrorist entity such as Israel and at the same time try to suffocate the Palestinians who have been the victims of Jewish apartheid which has not allowed them to develop their own economic infrastructure?

while i sympathise with the palestinians and i regard israel as wrong in what their doing with the palestinians, there is no genocide. israels goal is just to remove them from their land, make them move. it isnt really fair but its no genocide. by palestianins own admission, around between 4 and 10 thousand have died in the last 20 years. for that long of a period considering they are in a armed conflict, its a small number. more jews died in a year at Auschwitz's. more jews died in 6 months than in the last 6 years at palestine.
we need to be fair in our assessment. its wrong but not genocide. if israel wanted a genocide then we would be hearing of millions of palestiains dieing every year. vast depopulations of palestinain vilages. their resistance would be crushed for there would be very few left to resist israel.

I said "slow" genocide and the word slow there is for a reason. Israelis could never have killed a huge number of Plaestinians at a single incident, the world would have seen it and it woul dhave been hard to cover it up. Instead they go for "slow" and conrinuous genocide which might be hard to detect by common people but it has been there and that is the reason I always use the word "slow genocide". For more if you are interested you can read Israel/Palestine by Tanya Reinhart, An Israeli woman who ulike you and I lives and has lived inIsrael and she still loves Israel but her book is quite eye openeing, well documented.
