This is a waste of the courts time. There is nothing here, and the Judge will let the spotlight seeking cop know soon. I understand our hate and contempt for this ass but at the same time the law is the law...you have two men in the same room giving different accounts of what happen, then there is the main victim saying he doesn't want to press charges. He also stated as public record that there were no guns in the room, can you see him changing his words and continue to seem credible to Jurors?
With a lawyer he can walk, with a good lawyer the cop is in trouble.

has anyone else noticed hoe the Goldman family has made a carreer out of hounding OJ, I know they lost a loved one but it's been yrs get a job, a life something. Now they published his book making millions and Ron Goldmans sisted couldn't get to Vegas fast enough and the old man was on the phone instatnly with PMSNBC. Oprah asked them if they would ever get any peace from the book and the basicaly bitch slapped her, no peace just revenge, doesn't long term revenge just eat away at you like rotting flesh.

You try losing your only son to a cold blood murderer who walks away scott free and rubs everyones nose in it for 15 years. It probably isn't as easy as it seems. Me personally, if either of my two boys had been butchered like that, and O.J. walked because of a liberal California jury and racial politics, you would still be wondering where O.J.'s body was at.

Although i understand the sentiment and i personally dislike the behavior of the guy plus other patterns/ books etc that more likely hint to a serious probability ,close to 99% or so that he did indeed kill them both, i cant agree with your position for 2 reasons.
First of all we have to live by the law or there is no end to where this can take us (killing to take revenge lasting generations and including eventually totally innocent people ). This is my disagreement on a civilized level.
Granted if you personally know the guy is for sure guilty (good question how only as a witness you can be thoroughly sure ) there is the emotional father rage that is 100% understandable and although the action is still objectionable is one i would also consider as father of the victim ,clearly in violation of the very law i am now defending.
But there is a second problem with this line of thinking .

If I were Fred Goldman I would be behaving in a far worse manner and I certainly would have told Oprah to k-ss my ass for her attitude. Bad enough to lose a son to murder but then to have his murderer roaming free living a life of luxury? They probably would find me outside OJ's house with a grenade launcher! And I think Fred still works for Nordstroms, he is not unemployed.

The Goldmans are no better than OJ - they have made a career of Ron's death - Fred said he was publishing the book a retribution - B.S .- it's for the money , if he wanted retribution he would have squelched this egocentric book. All the $$ in the world are not going to raise Ron from his grave, & if Fred was this truly grieving father all the $$ in the world would not console him.

Peace generally cannot come until justice is done, and that has not happened to OJ . . . at least not yet.

You mean they hounded him into that hotelroom with a gun and 5 thugs ???
I will give you that I have an issue with the dual system, that even though he was found not guilty (not meaning innocent, and what I think doesn't count) we can still hold him liable for a crieme we couldn'y prove he commited. I don't think thats fair BUT It under no circumstances justifies this latest behaviour of his.

I bet court t.v paid him. The only way he can generate publicity now is to commit a crime. People are still yawning from his simple domestic violence and drug abuse ho-hum.
I bet he wants to sell his old book "if I did it." Sad, when the only way you can make money to support your habit is through commiting a crime. But he doesn't care he has a great legal team who can play the race card again. Just as long as he doesn't blame a hispanic he will be fine.

I'm suprised the OJ had time to pull off this "sting". I thought he spent most of his waking hours looking for the real killa..yeah right!

It's so interesting--the tropism for criminality. His. You can't help wondering what it's all about--mighty sports star keeps enacting stuff bound to bring him down (at least, one hopes it will, even if insufficiently so, this time).
There's a huge karmic debt to be paid by Simpson. Let's hope the machinery for that has been set in motion, however slowly it operates.
Well, let's also hope it's not too slow.

I understand what you're saying but if any member of my family was viciously murdered I'd want revenge and to hell with justice. I just would not go about doing it like the Goldmans. I'd have kept quiet and patiently waited for an opportunity to do to him what he did to them.
