Good, I'm first, what photo is that? Why I ask? there is a gun next to the victim... so, Spector's chauffer said "Spector approached him holding a gun"
Murders need motive, a women not wanting to have sex with a rock star worth hundreds of million? Phil can get dates.

That is incredibly weird! seems 2 me she wanted to die or something! who waste all that money! im guessing shoes are around 45 dollars for a pair and times that by 12 = 540 which 2 me seems like thats a whole 2 week pay check for 9 dollar an hour joB! wat about her other bills?? and also i noticed, i read horror books and isn't it familiar people?? that when someone knows shes going to die the number 12 comes out or she buys a new pair of shoes??? haha?? i dont know just by the books i read they like usually buy shoes or something haha! something like oh i can ave something pretty on my shoe when i meet god lmao! i dont know think im right???

The Murder took place Feb. 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, that's over 4 Years??
Is it Fair to say, that wealthy individuals like the Kennedy's, and spectors can buy their way out of any situation even if it is illegal?
Looks like More Corruption in the legal System... This NUT belongs in Jail while they all Fight over his Fortune..

The reason people with money stay out of jail because it takes way too much money to prove innocences. Two counties came oto my property to investigate a car, not mine not having a front plate. They F**KED UP made up a story that could put me months in jail, so far $10,000 and counting.. THE NEW 3rd world AMERICA JUSTICE

So a wealthy rock star killed a women in his living room cause he couldn't get any??? All those women that he aimed a gun at ... not one filed a police report, it all makes sense now

AMERICA!! at least lynching was recently outlawed. Spector is responsable for Sonny and Cher, Ike and Tina turner, he is a huge part of the musical industry, that is why he's weird. the Beatles were weird, long hair (now big in country music crap) was weird, to many good ole boys, rock music is weird. What the hell does being (different)weird have to do with murdering someone??

What a nutjob this guy is. He'll walk just like any other rich celebrity. If OJ Simpson can be set free, so can Phil Spector.
If Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie and the other party animals can drive drunk around Hollywood endangering their lives and the lives of other innocent folks driving around and they only serve one or two weeks (or one day) in jail, then Spector will probably see a light sentence, or serve community service like Boy George did......
If you are a celebrity, like Michael Jackson and have lots of money and high priced lawyers, then you, too, can get off and move to Dubai!

GRAINOSAND my turn for a class, Civics 101 Unless all 12 jurist have no doubt that Spector put a gun into a women's mouth and intentionally pulled the trigger he will be considered INNONCENT and there will be no light sentence

In fact it was Ronnie he married, I'm sure I missed a whole lot more than just that!! Only thing insane about Spector is his approach to music.
Worse case is the gun went off accidently, but the same bunch that let OJ walk, wanted nothing less than murder first degree, that would guarantee a lot of TV coverage on "Court TV"

I loved his producing, and though he IS a rock legend, he IS permitted to be psychotic. If I were on that jury, my mind would be made up. He shot her because she wanted to leave because things were out of hand.

Joshua - OK - whatever, i didn't understand your comment - if police dont have guns and the bad guys do - who wins - sure'ly not you and me - it's a much larger picture than you appear to see - its a social issue - drugs, poverty, babies having babies, no dads around, this is the root of all this rampant killing going on today - I see it every day and my job takes me to the middle of it also - my gun is to protect my family - for protection only - guns don't kill - it's the idiots pulling the trigger that do - BTW - outlaw guns and only the outlaws will have them -
