I actually shop at two of the Ga. stores that are involved in this joke of a lawsuit. One of the stores, Adventure Outdoors, has filed a 400 million dollar lawsuit for libel against the city. I hope they win both suits. With 400 million they could drop their prices even more.

And I doubt that this will survive the interstate commerce clause which is where only the feds can regulate interstate commerce.....

If the gun shops follow federal guidelines, then what case does New York have?

Apparantly the cited gun shops do not follow the rules:

"In his ruling, Weinstein noted that between 1995 and 2005 there were at least eight federal prosecutions for illegal purchases in which Adventure Outdoors was the source of the guns."

I doubt that you would be selling the hammer illegally.

The sales were legal according to Ga. laws. In Ga, you can buy a gun even if you are a resident from another state. So long as you can pass the F.B.I.'s background check. What Ny is saying is that since certain guns are illegal in Ny, Ga should not be allowed to sell guns to Ny residents that are currently in Ga.

In other words, the libs in Ny are pi$$ed that their anti gun laws can't be enforced nation wide.

This suit will be tossed, or if not tossed, turned on appeal. If N Y doesn't want killers on the street they should stop breeding them like cockroaches within their city limits.

More Bloomberg BS. New York's real problem is it's inability to control the animals in it's jungle. Those who can't be trusted with firearms, pointed sticks, etc. should be air dropped onto Devil's Island without a parachute. Better yet, just wall them into New York and let them kill one another.

I guess car dealers will be next for selling to drunk drivers.
