  it seems incredible but this is the dem position on the war on terrorism--its not a war and they're not the enemy --they're criminals with full rights to out courts and legal system--this insanity was used by the islamo-fascists in the first world trade center trial to learn a great deal about our defenses and intellegence--its why we need gitmo and military tribunals instead of criminal proceedings
