Posted by: starshinediva 1 year, 5 months agoMotorists and merchants upset over what they perceive as prohibitive parking-meter fees in Montreal can blame parking hogs in Oklahoma City going back almost 75 years ago. The Oklahoma state capital was home to North America's first parking meter in 1933.
