I used to live in New Orleans, and miss Mardi Gras a great deal.
If you get a chance, Alexia, try to film some of the Mardi Gras Indians, they are a sight to behold...

Great Clip! I wish I were there to meet you. I'd buy you one, (maybe 6!) of those big hurricane drinks at Pat O's!
I know you are having a BLAST! Can I confess and tell you that I have only one complaint about the video?...We didn't see you!!!! I only see the profile behind the coffee cup on your avatar.
Again...great job.

Thanks Memphis! Yeah, I had a BLAST, and am having an even better time editing the rest of the footage, which will likely turn into a short documentary that I'll upload in 2-3 pieces. Hurricanes would've killed me... Ryan (Anchor) had one the last time he was there and said they were super-sweet. The thing that I was attracted to was the massive plastic cups that read: "HUGE ASS BEER." Hysterical! As for me being in front of the camera, it's so tough when I'm shooting alone! I'm really not a fan of the tripod, so this is always what happens. But I promise I'm trying to change that! Thanks so much for checking out the vid!!! Best, Alexia
