When will they learn? We hear constantly of over-filled ferries sinking with great loss of life. Can't they get more boats? Just because they can fit more people on a boat than is allow due to safety reasons, doesn't mean it should be able to leave the jetty/port over-loaded. I'm sure they realize by now, that there is a GREATER possiblity of it sinking due to various reasons, one of which is being over capacity. The rivers are notorious for their swells and these boats are not made to handle rough rivers with lots of people on board, the steering of a overloaded boat is not that easy. Now, one is hit by a cargo SHIP and the little ferry capsizes with and unnecessary loss of life.

How sad... and now they'll be requesting assistance for their own stupidity?
