PODGORICA, Montenegro, Aug. 30 (UPI) -- Montenegro has canceled obligatory military service and instead introduced paid armed forces of professional soldiers.

      I guess we can't count on them sending troops to Iraq. Oh well, maybe Burkina Faso can pick up the slack.
