When you see pictures of these muslims praying in a mosque, all on their knees, bowing up and down, and mumbling jibberish, ask yourself... DO YOU SEE ANY WOMEN IN THERE PRAYING ALONG SIDE THE MEN....hell no! My point is made. It is an evil religion and death means nothing to them, theirs or yours.

If you want the religion to be separate from the extremists, then these brainless sheep people need to start showing the world they actually condemn violence and start protests in the streets against it. But this will never happened because they will never speak up against their own kind. One mind, a billion and a half of murderers.
And the award for compassion goes to...beefjerky. So does this rule of yours apply to all people who are murdered/kidnapped if they were in the wrong place at the wrong time? It's not like the interpreter was being forced to work with Carroll. It seems like your ridicule would be better focused against the group of people doing the killing.
I don't mean to sound uncompassionate but DAYUM! It is a warzone full of fanaticals whom would love to kidnap an American woman - no way in hell I'd be over there without a proportionate amount of protection or firepower and even then you are taking some serious chances.

Thumbs up to her!! She knew the risks, she went in, the unthinkable happened. It is no different than anything we do in life but we don't stop living because of it. She is a reporter and without reporter ( good ones) we may never know the truths we do know. I am glad she is free. I am sure it will change her life for ever. But she was there for the right reasons. To let the rest of know what is going on. So how dair anyone put this woman down for doing her job!! You should be ashamed
Right, the blanket statement of "all Muslims" is ludicrous. Absolutes of any nature are inherently a logical fallacy. Except the laws which the Spaghetti Monster has handed down.
ANYWAY, this is the work of immature, jaded, hopeless extremists. Backed in to a corner, lashing out into the darkness... They feel persecuted by us somehow, and saying things like "all Muslims are evil" just adds to the jingoist American culture that is increasingly alienating the rest of the world.

On the "All Muslims" tip...I know it shouldn't be a blanket statement but it is difficult to see it any other way when the "good ones" don't speak out against the ones whom have hijacked their religion.
